Zeylo is the first product from AZ Labs, a Silicon Valley startup based in San Francisco, CA. We build AI-native travel tools to empower Gen Z, romantic, and family travel.
The story
Zeylo was founded by a Staff Engineer at Meta, where he works on Instagram's server infrastructure. With a deep love for travel — especially Sri Lanka, his home country — he saw how fragmented and overwhelming trip planning still is, even in 2026.
Before Meta, he built systems at Google and Microsoft. That engineering background powers Zeylo's approach: real data, real hotel availability, real driving times — not generic AI slop. Every itinerary is monsoon-aware, route-optimized, and grounded in verified local knowledge.
Sri Lanka is Zeylo's first destination — a country with extraordinary depth packed into a small island. From the cultural triangle to the hill country tea trails to the southern beaches, Zeylo knows every route, every season, and every hidden gem.
